1. Controller

Hotel-Restaurant Bellevue, proprietor: Corina Widmann, Schurwaldstraße 45, 70186 Stuttgart, Germany, phone: +49 711 480760, e-mail: info@bellevue-stuttgart.de.

The proprietor named above is responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with this website.

2. General information on data processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the website, to handle enquiries and to carry out pre-contractual or contractual measures, or where another legal basis applies. The relevant bases are in particular Art. 6 (1) lit. b and lit. f GDPR.

3. Hosting and technical access data

The website is built with Lovable and delivered via the hosting infrastructure used there. When you visit the website, technically required information may be processed, such as your IP address, the date and time of access, the content requested, browser and device information, and error and security logs.

This processing serves to deliver the website, to protect against misuse and to ensure stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Where service providers process personal data on our behalf, a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

4. Room enquiries and reservations

This website does not contain a contact form. Please send room enquiries and reservations by e-mail or phone. When you use the enquiry button on the hotel page, your own e-mail program opens with a prepared message; the details (such as your name, desired arrival and departure dates and number of guests) are only transmitted to us once you send the e-mail yourself.

We use this data to answer your enquiry, check availability and, where applicable, prepare or carry out a reservation. For booking and reservation enquiries the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR; for other general enquiries Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in handling incoming messages).

Enquiries are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for processing, unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons require longer storage.

5. Contact by e-mail or phone

When you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the contact details you transmit and the content of your message in order to handle your concern. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR for contract-related enquiries and otherwise Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

6. Visitor statistics and tracking

We do not use visitor statistics or any analytics or marketing tracking services. Should this change, this privacy policy will be updated before activation and any required consent will be obtained.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

This website itself sets no cookies. For technical operation, your browser only stores your own settings on your device (local storage in accordance with § 25 (2) TDDDG): your decision on external content under the name “bellevue-consent” and your accessibility settings (text size, contrast, motion). This information does not leave your browser and is not transmitted to us.

Non-essential technologies are only used where any required consent has been given. You can change your decision at any time via “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.

8. External content and links

The map on the directions page (Google Maps) and the 360° tours (Kuula) are loaded only after you have agreed or activated the content by clicking. Before that, no data is transmitted to these providers. Once loaded, the privacy notices of the respective provider apply.

Our website also links to external services, such as YouTube and partner pages. With a plain external link, data is generally transmitted to the respective provider only when you open the linked page.

9. Encrypted transmission

The website is provided over an encrypted HTTPS connection. This protects the transmission between your browser and the website against unauthorised interception.

10. Recipients and third-country transfers

Where necessary, technical service providers may have access to personal data in the course of operating the website. This takes place only on a suitable legal basis and, where required, within the framework of data processing agreements.

Whether and to what extent data is processed outside the European Economic Area depends on the hosting infrastructure used and its sub-processors. Any third-country transfers take place only under the conditions of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

11. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose. It is then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations or other lawful reasons require continued storage.

12. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have in particular the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, please use the contact details given above.

13. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For businesses based in Stuttgart, the competent authority is in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.

14. Updates

We update this privacy policy when the technical functions, the service providers used or the legal requirements change. The version published here applies in each case.
